Our technician needs clear access to all window areas — interior and exterior. Please ensure furniture near windows can be temporarily moved, gates or side yards are unlocked, and pets are secured. For interior cleaning, someone over 18 must be present or access must be arranged in advance. Second-story exterior cleaning is done with water-fed poles from the ground where possible. We use streak-free professional solutions safe for glass, frames, and surrounding surfaces. We do not use pressure washers on windows.
